Great Place for training in the any kind of workout. Path is marked with wooden posts every quarter mile up to 3.25 miles one way. Restrooms and water fountains are available and the path is mostly forest.
The meeting location is to the left of the Cinco Ranch Water Park. This is a great location for getting on the bayou and running natural surfaces. The meeting location also has park benches & water fountains
The meeting spot will on Highway 6 in between Briar Forest and Memorial. Great location to get both flatlands and some hills, plus there are drinking fountains and bathrooms.

Great Trail that starts by Taylor High School and Crosspoint Church close to Westgreen and Kingsland Blvd. This trail also connects to George Bush Park.
