Five training sessions a week with experienced coaches & runners. Training sessions will last between 1.5-2 hours, starting at 7:00am. Training is individualized for runners of all levels. Training will include a combination of distance/flexibility/strength/core and speed work. Practices include warm-up, training session, cool-down, daily core routine & logbook session. Coaches will layout each week (including the weekends) what the athletes will get to complete.

Each sibling gets a $50.00 discount for their membership. This membership also includes 6 weeks of training and t-shirt.
$10 per two hour session
We dedicated to promoting the sport, teaching proper technique, safety, and most of all having fun. The summer sessions will include drills, gymnastics training, and of course pole vaulting. The summer sessions are open to athletes of all ages and ability level. See the pole vault page for more information.
